Lee Edwards Realty, Inc., she specializes in risk management, compliance, contract guidance, education, and productivity coaching that empowers agents to grow strong, sustainable businesses.
A third-generation real estate professional, Aja entered the industry shortly after college when she joined the family brokerage founded by her father. What started as an opportunity quickly became a passion. From helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership to mentoring agents through complex transactions, she believes real estate is ultimately about relationships, trust, and creating opportunities for others.
In addition to her real estate leadership experience, Aja spent eight years in the corporate world leading teams in transportation logistics and supply chain management. That experience sharpened her operational expertise, communication skills, and ability to navigate high-pressure problem solving — all of which continue to benefit the agents and clients she serves today.
Having led successful teams in both corporate and real estate environments, Aja understands what it takes to build a thriving business while maintaining a culture rooted in teamwork, kindness, collaboration, caring, and candor.
Her service on the New Braunfels City Council also gives her valuable insight into navigating city processes and solving challenges when municipal involvement impacts a transaction.
